Call for Applications – Study Trip to Krakow (28–31 July 2025)
The International Directorate of BUEB is organizing a 4-day professional study trip to Krakow from 28 to 31 July 2025, in cooperation with the Krakow University of Economics (PL KRAKOW04). The main aim of the programme is to provide participants with the opportunity to deepen their international and economic knowledge, establish institutional connections, and gain first-hand experience in corporate and foreign trade environments.
Participation is free of charge. In addition, selected participants will receive a scholarship of HUF 155,000 which is intended to cover the costs of accommodation and meals during the trip. Transportation will be organized by the university by bus.
Preliminary programme:
Monday, 28 July 2025
• 07:00 – Departure from Budapest
• 14:00 – Arrival in Krakow
• 15:30 – Professional lecture by Prof. Piotr Stanek (Krakow University of Economics)
• 17:00 – Free time
Tuesday, 29 July 2025
• 10:00 – Campus tour at Krakow University of Economics
• 12:00 – Lunch
• 14:00 – Company or institutional visit (TBC)
Wednesday, 30 July 2025
• Visit to the Consulate General of Hungary in Krakow
• Meeting with Tamás Viczián, Commercial Attaché
Thursday, 31 July 2025
• Additional company or institutional visit (TBC)
• 14:00 – Departure back to Budapest
