Creating International Community - International Staff Week at KdG University of Applied Sciences and Arts

Karel de Grote University of Applied Sciences and Arts’ first international week for higher education professionals — focused on creating International Community” — will take place between May 13-17, 2024, in Antwerp, Belgium.

This blended staff week includes a short introductory online session and a 5-day programme at the university.


Registrations will open in January, but here’s what you need to know for now:
• For whom: higher education professionals working in Applied Research and/or Internationalisation.
• What to expect: learn how to build an international community in higher education, share best practices from your profession, identify relevant institutional collaboration opportunities for support staff & researchers, get a campus tour, meet your KdG counterparts & discover Antwerp.
• How to apply: registration is free and will open from January 2024 until 15 March 2024.

Simultaneously, they will host a second international staff week, “Crossing Borders”, targeted at teaching staff within the study fields of Midwifery, Nursing, Social Work, Socio-Educational Care Work, Special Education and Teacher Education.
